It’s been a white since I’ve written a blog post. I’ve been quite busy lately cause of all my pre-holiday shopping and preparing for my next trip ;). Today I wanted to post about styling Florals for winter. Luckily, I live in Northern California where the weather is cold, but not biting cold like the east coast. Which still allows me to go around with light stockings and a light jacket in winter and be fine. If I was styling this outfit for the east coast weather , I would add some warm tights, leg warmers, boots and a chic coat on top of this.
Hope you all are having a great week. I had the chance to collab with SammyDress and boy do I love the collection on their website. I selected this very feminine and pretty 2 piece crop top and midi dress and I absolutely loved it. The best part is I can wear both the pieces together or separately with different tops and bottoms making it very versatile.
Hope you had a fun long weekend. Since I’ve moved to the bay area I really miss summer. I work in San Francisco and it’s cold all year long. So I jump at the opportunity of wearing dresses over the weekend as it’s much warmer where I live. Can’t believe it’s already July. This year is flying by in a flash, isn’t it ?!
So today I wanted to post about this pretty and feminine dress from SheIn. First of all, I love everything on their website. It was the toughest decision ever to choose something when they contacted me for a collab. They have really cute stuff for very affordable prices and you should totally check it out. Infact its one of my guilty pleasures now – checking out outfits on their website in my free time 🙂
Summer is almost on its way and that means wearing a lot of bright colors, dresses and skirts. I live in my boots and jeans all winter, so spring and summer are a refreshing change for me. Today I wanted to post about this cute midi skirt I found while shopping at Nordstorm and how I styled it. Checkout my previous posts on midi skirts here and here. This time I’ve styled a pleated midi skirt with a simple pink top and gold accessories. I’ve added some blue to the equation as well for fun. Enjoy the pictures and let me know what you think of this look in the comments section 🙂
I am super excited about my first collaboration with eShakti. It’s a great website with some pretty amazing outfits. The way it works is you choose a dress from their website and then you get to customize it (length, sleeves etc) and then they ship it to you. I chose this pretty gingham midi dress and customized the back, neck and the sleeves. Gingham was in fashion in the 1950’s and is now making a comeback. I have an odd hourglass figure as a result of which I am very cautious about shopping online. However, this dress fit beautifully and it gives you a very slimming look overall. I loved the addition of the belt to accentuate the waist.
- “A girl should be 2 things: Classy and Fabulous”~ Coco ChanelThe Chanel bag I am carrying in the pictures below was a Christmas gift from my dad – My very own Santa :). It’s a timeless and classic addition to any ensemble. However, like Coco Chanel once said “The best things in life are free, the second best are very expensive”. I am still scared to bits about carrying this expensive a bag with me and ruining it. In the 2 years I have owned this bag, I have literally used it only 4 times. So needless to say, my entire outfit in this post is centered around my bag 🙂
