Today I am posting about this simple pink dress that I wore on my trip to Miami. I’ve been to Miami 4 times now in the last 5 years and that too from California. So you can only imagine how obsessed I am with the beaches there :). South Beach is beautiful and buzzing with activity all day. You even get awesome food and margaritas along the strip. If you want to chill with a few drinks and hookah or get some nice brunch, do visit Nikki Beach. Do let me know if you have any plans to visit Miami and I can help you plan your trip.
- Ola Chicas,I know I have been MIA the past couple of weeks. I was on a cruise to the Bahamas with my family and dint want to waste my time being online. Nassau and Coco Cay are 2 really beautiful Islands and you should definitely plan on visiting them. The trip was exactly what I needed with blue waters, white sand and a lot of relaxation.
- Hello Bellas,The maxi skirt is my fashion staple for the California summer. Its cool, comfy and feminine. Also, it can be styled in a lot of different ways. You can pair it with a jacket, a crop top, a tank top and the list goes on. So I usually go for this option, when I have to get ready in a jiffy and head out the door and that’s literally what I did. I wore this to an art and wine festival when I had just about 10 minutes to get ready and leave.
Posting about colored denim pants today. This has been the fashion favorite of every girl since the last couple of years and guys working in IT. Trust me I see all my developer friends wearing colored pants to work. But, well this is the silicon valley and who’s to judge all the tech geniuses here ;).
Let me talk about layering in today’s blog post. Living in the San Francisco Bay Area, I have learnt how to layer my outfits, as its always cool and windy here. Mark Twain once said, “The coldest winter I ever saw was the summer I spent in San Francisco”. Isn’t that true for all you non east coasters living here. So on that note, I thought why not post something about “how to dress up casual and chic at the same time”
