Tips on Styling Florals for Winter

Floral Skirt 2

Hello Loves,

It’s been a white since I’ve written a blog post. I’ve been quite busy lately cause of all my pre-holiday shopping and preparing for my next trip ;). Today I wanted to post about styling Florals for winter. Luckily, I live in Northern California where the weather is cold, but not biting cold like the east coast. Which still allows me to go around with light stockings and a light jacket in winter and be fine. If I was styling this outfit for the east coast weather , I would add some warm tights, leg warmers, boots and a chic coat on top of this.

I wore this outfit on my trip to Spain and these pictures and taken on a street in Madrid. I love dressing up on holidays and I try to layer my outfits to be prepared for any kind of weather. Just cause it’s winter doesn’t mean you have to be dressed in blacks and grays and always wear jeans. You can always style fun skirts with a jacket. Here I’ve paired this floral midi skirt with a black top and a leather jacket.

The black lace top I am wearing is from Mango. I love styling this with a number of my outfits and it looks so elegant and pretty. You can even style a floral skirt with stripes. I had styled this skirt in the summer differently – blog post here. The shoes I am wearing are from DSW and matched well with this outfit. They look really cute for the fall or California winter with a dress and a long cardigan πŸ™‚

In the end, a leather jacket is a must have for any winter or fall closet. You can wear it with most of your outfits and it looks very chic and put together. Hope you liked my blog post and thank you for stopping by.
